What is SafeLinkHub and who is it for?
SafeLinkHub is an ISP management and hotspot billing platform built for network operators, hotspot owners and ISPs of every size.
How does SafeLinkHub billing work?
SafeLinkHub automates your revenue cycle: customers pay by mobile money, card or bank transfer, and plans are provisioned and expired automatically.
Can I integrate SafeLinkHub with my existing network?
Yes, as soon as your network runs through a MikroTik router: SafeLinkHub drives it directly (hotspot, PPPoE, vouchers, remote access). Access points and switches from other brands (Ruijie, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Cambium…) stay in place behind it and get the same portal, plans and monitoring. Direct control of other brands' routers is not available yet.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes basic hotspot billing, voucher generation and basic router monitoring, so you can try SafeLinkHub before moving to a paid plan.
What is Safecoin?
Safecoin (SC) is SafeLinkHub's internal credit: 1 SC is currently worth 100 FCFA. You top up your balance once, then use it to activate VPN access and Auto-Setup. Free quotas and promotions do not draw down Safecoin.
How does network monitoring work?
SafeLinkHub continuously polls your routers for uptime, active users, CPU load and memory usage, and displays everything in real time.
Is my network data secure?
All remote access runs through an encrypted management tunnel, and your data is isolated per organisation.
